NOTES1. Payment is 100% UPFRONT in most of the cases. Payment plans are avaliable for orders over $500 USD.2. Product received is a digital good.3. Aproximated time to finish a commission is between 1 week to 3 months, may increase or decrease depending on personal issues or other deadlines. Rush fee: +20% - 50% of the base price. Response delays from the client may affect progress and timeline.4. Once a commission is finished and delivered, I am not responsible for the proper storage of the finishied file, and may not be able to deliver it again in case it gets lost.5. NDA commissions avaliable.COMMERCIAL USE AND PERSONAL USE- Commercial rights for media share and promotional purposes allow client to use art for use on Twitter, Twitch, Youtube (starting soon/ ending soon/ stream alerts, etc.). Unless specified, all commissions include it.- Merchandise Rights allow client to use art for broadcast content, cover art, game art, video graphic, merchandising (body pillows, prints, poster, wallpapers, T-shirt, mousepads, mugs, etc.). Merchandise rights is x2.5 of the base price.REVISIONSI will make all the desired revisions in the sketch stage and base colors stage For animation commissions I make revisions in layout/ sketch, tiedown, lineart, colors stages.No revisions in stages that have been passed. (e.g.: no revisions from lineart stage in the coloring stage). Any change must be requested during that stage.Additional revisions will require an extra charge.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
Please be as specific as possible with the descriptions to avoid any misunderstanding.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS- 100% refund: if I haven't started your commission
- 75% refund: during the sketch/layout stage
After the sketch/ layout stage refunds are not avaliable.
In case of non communication with the client for at least 2 months, there will not be any type of refund written above, no matter in which stage the work is situated.
If I am not able to finish the commission for any personal issue, you will get a full refund.RIGHTS1. All the commissions will be in my own style, and it is not allowed to ask me to change my style or replicate other styles.2.I (artist) retain rights of my work, and I am able to include the commission on portfolios, commission sheets, galleries, etc. I will also be able to use it for Patreon, prints, arbooks, advertising, etc.3.I (artist) retain the right to post any commission I work on on social media, unless the client wishes to pay an NDA fee. Please contact me.4.I (artist) retain copyrighyt, ownership and Intellectual Property rigths.5.I (artist) can decline any commission if I do not feel confortable with it.6.The client cannot edit the commission or remove the signature.7.The client cannot claim the artwork as their own.8.AI training is not allowed.9.No NFT related work.
